SCHEDULE :
- REGISTRATION IS FROM NOON UNTIL 1:30 PM ON FRI 13TH. at the Connecting Point Wellness and Retreat Center, 8 min from Sicamous, BC

Fri first session starts at 2:00pm until 4:30pm

Fri eve 7:30 – 9:30 / 10pm

Sat. sessions 9:00 – 11:30 am, 2:30 – 4:30 pm and 7:30 – 9:30/10 pm.

Sun session 9:30 – 12:30 pm with lunch to follow

Breakfast at 8 am, Lunch at 12:30 pm and Supper at 5:30 pm.

Yoga or Meditation at 7 am Sat, 7:30 am Sun
*This Retreat is an alcohol and substance free weekend, including set up and tear down. It is also a Plant Medicine free event. Thank you for your respect and help in creating the grounded energy for Ceremony and Transformation.
