TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tickets for the summer retreat are refundable (minus $50 administration fee) until July 15th, 2022, or can be transferred and are  75% refundable from July 16th until Aug 15, 2021. After Aug 15th they are only transferable
   
2. Paid volunteers need to purchase a ticket and will be refunded $100 for the 6 hours of help for set up and/or tear down 
3. All meals, snacks and beverages are $75 for Friday supper to Sunday lunch by our amazing and experienced caterer Cindy Johnson, using organic ingredients and greens as much as possible. You are welcome to bring your own food as well, especially if you have a special food plan. Meal options are: A. All meals, drinks and snacks are $75  Two suppers, two lunches with snacks and drinks are $60. C. Two suppers only with snacks and drinks – $40. There will be vegetarian and meat options and the meal registration will ask for your allergies and food sensitivities. Gluten free options can be accomodated. 4. The summer retreat weekend, all set up and tear down days are ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE FREE. It is also a PLANT MEDICINE FREE event. THANK YOU for respecting the creation of the energies for this ceremony.
