TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Tickets for the September retreats are  75% refundable until Aug 1st. After Aug 1st they are only transferable. There is a $50 administration fee for refunds at any time.
   
2. Accommodation of camping, RV parking and shared accommodation onsite is included in the ticket purchase.
   

3. TICKETS ON AUGUST 7st WILL BE POSTED FOR $399 plus Accommodation
   

4. Paid volunteers need to purchase a ticket and will be refunded $100 for the 6 hours of help during the event, for set up and/or tear down. The gathering gives all of us an opportunity to help each other out.
   
5. Each person will be on a team of 3 for one of the meals and you will have an opportunity to preplan your meal for 16 with your team, with your friends or new friends. Don`t worry if you`re not a `foodie`, as your team will love you as you are and you will find ways to contribute. eg. someone on a breakfast team will be purchasing coffee and creams for the weekend. The teams will be organized at least two weeks before the retreat. Everyone will be preparing one meal and signing up for clean up of a different meal. The meal breaks are three hours, so you still get a sweet break at every meal time and amazing meals.
   
6. If your food needs are vegetarian, gluten, or dairy and sugar free, we should be able to provide meals for each other with the food you will be bringing and dishes from others with similar needs. 7. PLEASE BRING your own food if you have a very specialized or restricted diet. You are welcome to enjoy whatever dishes you can.
8. This retreat weekend, all set up and tear down days are ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE FREE. It is also a PLANT MEDICINE FREE event. THANK YOU for respecting the creation of the energies for this ceremony. Please speak to Marilyn so she knows you have THC needs for pain control.
